Balm mask — a comfort layer before and after the retinoid cream (the "sandwich" method) or the main step on retinoid-free evenings. The aim is a routine that can be introduced gradually and adapted to skin tolerance, with complementary textures and clear directions for each step.

How to use
Morning routine: Step 1 – SPF protection
Apply ESSENTIAL | SPF30 Cream and Primer with HA and Vitamin E every morning as the final skincare step. Use a generous amount on the face and neck. Allow it to settle before applying makeup. Reapply during the day, especially after sweating, wiping the face or prolonged outdoor exposure.
Evening retinoid sandwich routine, 2–3 nights per week: Step 1 – Barrier layer
Apply a thin layer of ESSENTIAL | Overnight Barrier Mask with Botanical Extracts to clean, dry skin. Step 2 – HPR face cream
Apply CORRECT | Night Cream with HPR Retinoid and Peptides to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area, lips and irritated skin. Step 3 – Eye contour
Apply CORRECT | Night Eye Cream with HPR Retinoid and Ectoin around the orbital bone. Avoid eyelids, lash line and direct contact with the eyes. Step 4 – Final comfort layer
Apply another thin layer of ESSENTIAL | Overnight Barrier Mask if the skin needs extra comfort.
Recovery nights, without retinoid:
Apply ESSENTIAL | Overnight Barrier Mask with Botanical Extracts as the main evening comfort step.

Why is SPF included?
Because a retinoid routine needs daily sun protection. We included it so the ritual is complete from day one.
Can I use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
