7% urea
Urea is one of the skin's natural moisturizing factors. It draws water into the surface layer and, as it hydrates, makes it softer and more flexible. Up to 10%, urea acts mainly as a moisturizer, and above 10% it also has a keratolytic effect (Celleno, 2018); at 7%, this cream is made for daily care rather than as an exfoliating treatment.

Hydration and emollience, two different jobs
Urea and glycerin, two humectants, draw water into the skin's surface layer and keep it there. The emollients in the base, ethylhexyl stearate, triglycerides, coco-caprylate/caprate and lanolin alcohol, coat the surface with a fine layer that smooths it and slows water loss.

Heels and soles need targeted daily care because pressure and friction can leave skin dry and rough. I chose 7% urea for its moisturising role and combined it with glycerin, panthenol and allantoin in a rich yet comfortable base. The result is a practical foot-care formula designed for consistency, not occasional use alone.
What is it?

What does it do?

The skin on the heels and soles is thicker and dries out easily, and when it is dehydrated it turns stiff and rough. Urea and glycerin hydrate the skin's surface layer and the emollients slow water loss, so rough areas gradually soften.
Who can use it?

For dry, rough heels and soles, thickened skin on pressure areas and recurring dryness of the feet.

If your skin is very sensitive, patch test before regular use.

If skin is deeply cracked, bleeding, inflamed or broken, do not apply to that area and seek medical advice. If you have diabetes, poor circulation or neuropathy, consult your doctor before using products on calluses or cracks.

How to use

  • Use daily, ideally in the evening, on clean, dry skin.
  • Apply a generous amount to heels, soles and rough or thickened areas.
  • Massage until absorbed, focusing gently on the driest areas.
  • For very rough skin, apply every evening; once absorbed, you can wear clean cotton socks.
  • Avoid applying to deeply cracked, bleeding or irritated skin.
  • Wash your hands after application.

General warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation or redness occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Questions about the formula

How often should I use it?
Daily, ideally in the evening. Once your skin has softened, keep going daily or a few times a week so roughness doesn't come back.
Can I wear it under socks?
Yes. Once absorbed, you can wear clean cotton socks overnight; they keep the cream off your bedding.
Where can I apply it?
On heels, soles and rough areas of the feet, and on other rough areas such as knees or elbows. It is not for the face.
Can I use it on cracked heels?
On dry, rough heels, yes. Avoid deep, open, bleeding or irritated cracks; if you have diabetes, circulation problems or neuropathy, ask your doctor before using products on calluses or cracks.

Foarte bun produsul. Dupa sase utilizari pielea calcaielor arata mult mai bine. Atentie la pompa deoarece nu este necesara o apasare completa pentru o utilizare, in rest un produs ireprosabil de bun.
