Rules for promotions

Newsletter Subscription Offer

  • By subscribing to the newsletter, you receive a one-time 10% discount voucher.
  • The voucher is valid only for your first order.
  • The voucher applies to eligible products available at the time of purchase.
  • The voucher cannot be combined with automatic quantity discounts; only one discount applies in the cart.
  • The voucher does not apply to shipping costs or additional service fees.
  • The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Quantity Discounts

  • For some products, buying several units of the same product automatically applies a discount, shown on the product page and in the cart.
  • Quantity discounts cannot be combined with discount codes, including the newsletter voucher; only one discount applies in the cart.
  • If you return some of the products, we refund the price actually paid for the returned products, after the discount.

Individual or Corporate Discount Codes

  • Discount codes may be issued to individuals or employees of partner companies.
  • Codes apply only to eligible products, as defined at the time of use.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, unless explicitly stated.
  • If a product is already discounted:
    • The system will automatically apply the highest available discount (either the existing promotion or the code).
    • No cumulative discounts apply beyond the maximum single discount available per product.
  • Codes are valid only within the communicated period and may be subject to additional conditions.

Free Gift Promotions

  • Free gifts are offered based on: a minimum order value, or a specific quantity of products purchased.
  • Eligibility conditions are clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
  • Free gifts are automatically added to the cart, subject to availability.
  • Free gifts appear in the cart at a price of 0. If their reference value is stated in the promotion description, that value is the one taken into account on a partial return.
  • If you return some of the products and the rest of the order no longer meets the promotion condition, please also return the free gift, in the condition you received it, together with the returned products, where this is possible. If the gift's value was stated in the promotion description on the order date and the gift is not returned or is returned unsealed, we deduct that value from the refund. If no value was stated, we do not deduct any amount for the gift.

General Conditions

All promotions are subject to availability and may be limited in time or stock.

We may modify, suspend or end promotions for the future. Changes do not affect orders already placed, which remain subject to the promotion conditions that applied when they were placed.

If a price or a discount is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, section 4 of our Terms of Service applies: we will let you know before shipping, and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it and get a full refund of the amounts paid.

Promotions are intended for end consumers and may be restricted where there are objective indications of abuse, fraud or resale.

These rules are interpreted in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
