Return policy
You can cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving a reason.
- Tell us through the withdrawal and return form or at hello@amerin.eu, with your order number.
- Send the products back within 14 days of your message. You pay the direct cost of the return.
- We refund the value of the products and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your message.
- Cosmetics and supplements delivered sealed cannot be returned once unsealed, for hygiene and health protection reasons. Sealed products, including those bought at a discount, can be returned.

Delivery
We deliver our products within the European Union via courier service.
Please note the following timeline:
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 48 working hours after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery may take 1 to 8 working days, depending on your location.
- Shipping fees and additional details can be found in our Shipping Policy.
Payments
You may pay for your order by card using our 3rd party applications (Shopify Payments) or via bank transfer in EUR or RON to our bank account. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please include your order number and the full name used when placing the order in the payment description.
Our bank details will be provided in the order confirmation email. Once the transfer is complete, kindly send proof of payment to hello@amerin.eu.

Faulty products
If you receive a damaged, wrong or non-conforming product, write to us at hello@amerin.eu with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos help us resolve it faster, but they are not a general condition.
- For damage visible on receipt (broken packaging, leaked contents), let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, so we can claim against the courier. This recommendation is not a condition for accepting your complaint.
- We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery. If the problem appears within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to have the product replaced.
- We replace the product free of charge within 15 calendar days of the date you informed us or, in the cases provided by law, refund the price. We pay for shipping.

All of our products are manufactured within the European Union, in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards.
Our cosmetic and personal care products are produced in GMP- and ISO-certified facilities located in Romania, Lithuania, Germany, Poland, Spain, Latvia and Portugal ensuring full compliance with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
Our nutritional supplements are manufactured in Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Germany and Bulgaria in facilities that comply with EU food safety standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP protocols.
We source our ingredients exclusively from accredited European suppliers, ensuring traceability, purity, and quality across our entire product range.
