How to use

Every evening: ESSENTIAL Cleansing Foam on damp skin; rinse well.
Evenings 1 and 4 (to start): CORRECT AHA Cream in a thin layer on completely dry skin, avoiding the eyes and lips.
Other evenings: ESSENTIAL Overnight Mask as the last step.
After 2–3 weeks, if your skin tolerates the acids well, you can use the AHA cream 3 times a week.
Every morning: broad-spectrum sunscreen, SPF 30 or higher — for example, ESSENTIAL SPF30 cream. AHAs can increase the skin's sensitivity to the sun.
Don't use the AHA cream on the same evening as retinoids, scrubs or other exfoliants.

General warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation or redness occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

How often should I use the AHA cream?

Start with 2 evenings a week. If your skin tolerates it well, increase to 3.

Can I use the mask on the same evening as the AHA cream?

If your skin tolerates acids well, you can apply a thin layer of mask after the AHA cream. For sensitive skin, use them on different evenings.

Is SPF necessary?

Yes. AHAs can increase the skin's sensitivity to the sun; use SPF every morning.

Can I use retinoids with this ritual?

Yes, but not on the same evening as the AHA cream. Alternate evenings to avoid irritation.
