These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the collaboration between Independent Brand Affiliate (hereafter referred to as “Brand Affiliate”) and our company, including any of its affiliated entities.

By submitting your application you will participate in our Independent Brand Affiliate programme and you agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Contractor Status

The Brand Affiliate acts strictly as an independent contractor.
Nothing in this Agreement constitutes or shall be construed as an employer-employee relationship, agency, joint venture, or partnership.
The Brand Affiliate has no authority to bind or represent our company, or any of its subsidiaries in any form.

2. Starter Kit Purchase & Eligibility

Brand Affiliate must purchase a starter kit to activate their status in some markets.
The kit includes full-size products at a 20% discounted price, available only once per Brand Affiliate.
Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older may join as Brand Affiliate.

3. Pricing & Resale Rules

Brand Affiliate must not resell our products below the official retail price listed on the official website.
Resale of used, opened, or expired products is strictly prohibited.
Brand Affiliates are not permitted to hold a personal product stock exceeding €500 at any given time.
Selling products via unauthorized platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, or third-party marketplaces) is not allowed.

4. Program & Customer Exclusivity

Brand Affiliates are not eligible to participate in promotions, loyalty programs, or ad hoc offers intended exclusively for direct customers.
Referral link commissions (10% in store credit) and resale profit margins (based on a 20% product discount) are the sole compensations provided under this program.

5. Brand Protection & Conduct

Brand Affiliates agree to uphold the reputation and image of our company at all times.
The use of false, misleading, or unethical marketing tactics is strictly prohibited.
Brand Affiliate must not make medical claims, therapeutic promises, or suggest that our products can diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
All product representations must comply with regulatory standards and official marketing materials.

6. Use of Branding & Trademarks

Brand Affiliate may not use our, or any affiliate names, trademarks, logos, or materials to create the impression of official employment, affiliation, or endorsement.
The use of company branding is restricted to approved materials and authorized communications.

7. Termination

Our company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Brand Affiliate's account at any time in cases of:

• Breach of these terms
• Unethical behavior
• Damaging the company’s image
• Misrepresentation or violation of pricing policies
  

8. Limitation of Liability

Our company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred as a result of the Brand Affiliate's independent business activities.
The Brand Affiliate assumes full responsibility for complying with local laws, taxes, and regulations.

9. Modification of Terms

Our company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Brand Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or internal communication channels, and continued participation will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.
